Gemma Kingsman
Founder & Lead Educator
14 years of professional fundraising experience across the Disability Sector, Sustainable Communities, and Older People services. Trained by Kate Schroder MBE and has raised over £500k while managing contracts exceeding £1 million. Founded ConsultAID in 2010 to make expert fundraising education accessible to all charities.
Sebastiaan Posma
Technical Director
Leads the technical development of ConsultAID's digital tools and platforms, including FunderMatcher. Combines technology expertise with a passion for social impact to build solutions that make fundraising more efficient for charities.
